Halloween Pumpkin Patch 2024

Celebrate the spooky season at Anisq’Oyo’ Park on October 30th and 31st from 7 PM to 11 PM. This free, two-night event offers an immersive experience filled with pumpkins, costumes, games, and more!

    Activities & Attractions

Pumpkin Patch Adventure:
Embark on a unique quest through the park, solving clues that reveal the secrets of a mystical garden grove. Live actors will guide participants through an interactive storyline that ends with each adventurer earning a free pumpkin to take home.

Classic Silent Film Screenings (Oct 30th, Night One):
Relax under the stars with screenings of vintage black-and-white silent films in the heart of Anisq’Oyo’ Park

Silent Disco:
Dance the night away with wireless headphones at Cool Corner, near Embarcadero Hall. Whether you prefer spooky soundscapes or upbeat dance tracks, live DJs will provide a selection for all to enjoy (sponsored by UCSB AS Program Board)

Carnival Games & Photo Booth:
Test your skills with carnival-style games set up throughout the park. Snap memories at the photo booth, where you can capture your best costume moments or silly poses with friends.

Costume Contest

In partnership with UCSB Fashion Club, the contest invites guests to showcase their Halloween costumes on Halloween Day (Oct, 31st). Participants are invited to present their most imaginative costumes for a chance to win grand prizes totaling up to $750. Pre-registration is required via an online form, with the contest limited to 60 entries. Contestants are encouraged to arrive at least 20 minutes early to check in at the park.

Bumpkin Bargain Passport

Attendees will receive the exclusive “Bumpkin Bargain Passport,” packed with special discounts at local businesses. Enjoy a slice of delicious pizza from Woodstock’s, explore products at Farmacy, shop for organic groceries at the IV Food Co-Op, or indulge in flavorful Indian cuisine at Naan Stop. These offers are designed to encourage guests to support the community throughout the event.

It is a free, outdoor creative immersive Halloween experience presented proudly in creative partnership with the Environment
Makers, Branches Mobile Gallery, and Fisbon.

The event dates are Wednesday October 30th and Thursday October 31st, 2024, from 7pm-11pm each night in Anisq’Oyo’ Park in

downtown Isla Vista.

The event will feature a Halloween Pumpkin Patch with live-action storytelling, in addition to pumpkin souvenir adventures, live
concert, photo booth, carnival games, silent disco, and a costume contest.

The Halloween Pumpkin Patch is a free admission event open to all ages. All are welcome.

The event main entrance is located at 950 Embarcadero Del Mar at Anisq’Oyo’ Park across from Isla Vista Market.

The Halloween Pumpkin Patch is open from 7pm-11pm, with specific activities and times outlined in the event brief, & free pumpkin
souvenirs will be offered while supplies last.

No, we will have water at our safety station only, we encourage patrons to enjoy the local flare of restaurants and local businesses.

Guests may bring lawn chairs, blankets, food, and drink. Drugs, alcohol, and weapons are expressly forbidden. Please no smoking or
vaping.

Guests are encouraged to access the event using bicycle, Santa Barbara Metro (MTD) line 11, 24x and 27, or other alternative means
