Request for Proposals
The IVRPD regularly seeks proposals from qualified contractors, vendors, and service providers to collaborate on a variety of projects that enhance our community parks and recreational facilities. RFPs are issued for projects ranging from facility improvements and landscape maintenance to specialized services that support the district’s mission. By partnering with us, you can contribute to the ongoing development and upkeep of Isla Vista’s public spaces.

Proposals are due in digital format by 5:00pm on February 18, 2026. Late or incomplete submissions will not be considered.

Please submit questions to IVRPD@ivparks.org by 5:00pm on February 13, 2026. Answers/FAQs will be sent out to all potential applicants.
IVRPD will notify the intent to award candidate by February 25, 2026.
